Job Function & Responsibilities:
✓ Sourced End to End recruitment till selection.
✓ Sourced candidates by searching job portals like naukri.Com, Monster, Times.
✓ Validating candidates based on the desired parameters.
✓ Interviewed candidates over telephone
✓ Scheduling Interviews with the client organization.
✓ Salary Negotiation
✓ Co-ordinate with selected candidates for Joining & Selection Status .
✓ Taking Care of Pre joining & Post Joining of the candidate.
✓ Preparing & maintaining the daily report .
✓ Screening profiles from a CTC perspective, Yrs. of Exp, notice period, cultural fitment &
✓ Conducted interviews as part of selection process, negotiate terms of joining with selected
candidates and followed through with their joining.
✓ Manage the flow of candidates thorough the Recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to
bringing new employees on board.
